    Description

Nimmar is a 2-4 player 'chess like' abstract strategy game produced in limited edition (500 copies) and played on a multi level 11 x 11 square checkerboard. The outside rows are level one, with levels increasing to the center of the board (6 levels in all)

Players use 5 types of pieces: President, Senator, Temple, Duke and Admiral. Each type has a different movement characteristic either on level or up/down level.

    From the publisher:

Nimmar is an intriguing and challenging game for the strategy minded individual. The rules are simple and easy to learn, but in order to achieve victory, the complexity of the piece positioning must be mastered. One must be adept in positioning his/her own pieces, as well as being aware of the positions and possible positioning of your partner's and opponents playing pieces.
