This Privacy Policy describes our practices (Board Games Inc., doing business as BoardGames.com) regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the information we collect from and about you when you use BoardGames.com, PlayCrate.com any of our other web-based service (collectively referred to as "Properties"). We will utilize a third party credit card payment processing company to collect payment information, including your credit card number, billing address and phone number.  We do not store your payment information.

Our service is not directed to persons under 13.  Board Games Inc. does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for an account on BoardGames.com. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.
