The bets are placed on the inner game board.

The toto-device can also be used like a die to play the "Wettrennspiel" (Race Game) on the outer track of the game board. The first player to reach space "Ziel" wins the game.

The toto-device contains a variable number of white, red and black marbles, depending on the game played. There are up to 19 white, 8 black and 7 red marbles. By shaking the device in a upside down position and then turn it up, the marbles fall into the slot and each marble indicates a number.

On the back of the game board, there is a "Nine Men's Morris" game.
