"Where did the monastery disappear?" is a co-operative mystery game (including solitaire play). Like other murder mystery games, deduction and discussion are the core elements of this game, but there's no hidden identity mechanism as there's no crime or suspect.

Story:
Five gamers gathered at a convention and played several games. When the convention was about to end, they found a monastery tile was missing from Carcassonne they brought. They have to find out where it's gone.

Each of five players is assigned one character and six clue cards which are specific to the character. No player is allowed to look at the face of clue cards at the beginning of the game.

During the game, players may reveal any clue cards upon all players' agreement. Based on the clues revealed, players discuss the situation and determine their answer.

The game ends when 30 minutes has passed. They reveal the answer card and check if their answer was correct. If correct, they win the game and they are awarded a detective title depending on how few clue cards they revealed.
