    Description

Slumber Tower is a board game with hidden roles. Three groups of characters (Nightmares, Good Dreams, and Dreamers) confront each other. Each player secretly gets the role of a character from one of the groups. Your task is to figure out who is playing against your group and to wake up your opponents.

    —description from the publisher (translated)

It's best to play in a group of five or more people. Then it's interesting to hide your personal motives, it's harder to guess what role you're playing and what you're aiming for. You take a character card and read your goals. If you meet them by the end of the game, you'll beat your opponents and win.

But the others can not only guess who is hiding under the mask of their favorite friends, but also check them: for this purpose cards of Insight are useful. They can be obtained after a die roll (if an open eye appears on the die). Each player rolls the die at the beginning of his turn. The Insight has some suggestion written on it, which you give to the person you choose to check. For example, it says that if the card is given to the Dreamer, he loses his sleep strength. If you give it to a player who is actually a Dreamer, he silently, without showing the card to anyone, drops his sleep token to a lower level. The rest of us don't know who he is, and you've already figured it out - yes, he's a tricky Dreamer.

There are a lot of interesting things in the game, such as walking around dream locations, helping another player fall asleep more deeply, and attacking characters. Yes, yes, the most important value here is a sound sleep. That's why the characters try to wake each other up. A successful sleep attack is minus the sleep strength level.

Don't let the game make you think of peaceful pictures. The battles in it are fierce. That's why it likes both those who have long played board games, and those who love beautiful things, but are ready to dive into the intricate rules. After the first game it will be easy to play, but the first place will come to bluff each other, surprise attacks and real teamwork.
