BestFriendShiitake. is a special version of BestFriendS; a game that players can get to know more about each other by trying to come up with the answer that would best satisfy the question giver. The BestFriendShiitake. includes a special supplement book written by Shiitake., the Japanese popular fortune teller, and can be enjoyed as a psychological test.

In this game, players take turns one by one, and become a question giver. The giver draws a question card randomly from the draw pile, and announces the question written on it. There are questions like "What do I think is the must have food for picnic?" or "What do I want?" Other players write the answers that would most please the question giver according to the giver’s character and taste, and submit it to the giver. For example, you could write sandwitches, rice balls, or summer rolls for must have food for picnic.

When everyone's answers are submitted, the giver shuffles the answers and then looks at them secretly. This is the best moment in this game! Looking at the answers everyone wrote to please you makes you happy and blushing.

The giver ranks the answers depending on their subjectivity, reveals and announces the answers from the least accurate without identifying who has written what. It would be more fun if you comment when you reveal an answer. Lastly, announce the best one. Only the person who wrote that answer claims it, and they get the question card as a point.

Keep doing this, and the game ends after certain rounds. The person with the most question cards is the winner.
