?????? (Denpo!!)
DescriptionUser summary In Japanese the fee for an old-fashioned telegram is determined by number of characters, so people needed to shorten sentences when using it. In this game, players try to convey meaning of the answer with fewest characters possible. One player is assigned as the Answerer (respondent). The other players see the answer word. Then they reword the answer and write it down in katakana (Japanese syllabic characters) on their board secretly. They may not include the answer itself or direct translation of the answer in their reword. When all players except the Answerer have finished re-wording, one of them becomes the Caller and reads out the Caller's re-word. If the Answerer replies with correct answer, the Caller scores points. Otherwise the next player becomes the Caller and does the same. The order of Caller is determined by how short their re-word is. You need to keep your re-word short, but you might assist the following players if your re-word couldn't make the Answerer understood. ??????????????????????????? ??????????????????????????????????????
