In the game of Okashiya, you are running a confectionery store, and your goal is to score the most victory points by delivering confectionery to customers.

In a square grid board (town map), there are several wholesalers and customers. In order to deliver confectionery to customers, you first visit wholesalers to buy ingredients, then visit customer and spend required ingredients, and finally you can score victory points.

Each turn, you have five action points. You may spend one action point to
1) Move: Move to adjacent square.
2) Buy: If you are in a wholesaler square, spend 2 gold to buy an ingredient.
3) Deliver: If you are in a customer square, spend required ingredients to deliver your products, then gain victory points and some positive effect.
4) Build a shop: Spend some gold to build a shop. It grants you some movement advantage, and you score mid-game bonus if you have built the most shops in a certain district.
5) Income: Gain 3 gold.

At the end of game, the highest scorer wins the game.
