    Description

A rotating card game where each card has four letters or bigram fragments. Players spin cards to form words that match specific attributes. The game is played in several rounds with successively longer words.

    COMPONENTS:
54 2-inch two-sided square cards. One side has letters, the back side has attributes. A timer from a mobile device is required.

    GOAL:
Get the most points by cobbling together letters into words.

    INITIAL SETUP:
Shuffle the deck and deal three letter cards face up to each player. Flip over three attribute cards.

    GAME PLAY:
Players play simultaneously. Each player rotates their cards and melds them together to form a word. The letters of the word must come from adjacent cards, but not all cards need to be used. Words that match an attribute score +1 bonus for each matching attribute. The first player to call out a word and their score starts a one-minute timer. At the end of one minute, each player calls out their word and score. The player with the lowest score can risk one attempt to better their score. However, that player must be able to beat the highest score else they score zero. That player has one minute for the attempt.

Each score is recorded at the end of the round.

Players now decide if they collectively want to increase the number of cards dealt in the next round. Game play continues after shuffling and dealing the next sets of cards as per SETUP above (maybe with more cards).

After the final round of five cards, the player with the highest score is the winner.

    ATTRIBUTES:
There are many attributes for bonus points.
For example, is a food, ends in X, has two vowels.
Although players can make any word, they should strive to make words that match one or more attributes to get the bonus points.

    SOLO PLAY:
Deal five cards and three attribute cards. Try to make successively longer words with higher and higher points. Record your best score. Repeat to attempt an even higher score.
