Wir bauen eine Jugendherberge
DescriptionEach player rolls a die to determinate ones key figure. Then the players gets a player board (youth hostel construction site) and take turns to roll three dice. If a player rolls his own key figure, he may insert the foundation stone to his youth hostel. From this point on he may set a stone (chopstick) on a white space each time any player rolls his key figure. If his key figure is rolled on two dice, he may place a stone on a yellow space. If his key figure is rolled on all three dice, he has won the game prematurely. Only after the ground floor is finished, a player may start to build the upper floors. The last stone may only be placed if the player rolls his own key figure before another player does, else the youth hostel is breaking down and only the foundation stone remains. The player has to start building again. The first player to finish the construction of his youth hostel wins the game. The game was published between 1935 and 1945 as the HJ-Flag in front of the youth hostel reveals. Game DiscussionsAdd CommentYou need to be logged in to comment.
