Vaiana Happy Families & Action Game is a 32-card deck, and it includes rules for two different games:

1) happy families
A set collection game where you are supposed to collect a set of same-colored cards by trading with fellow players.

2) action game
A game where you're supposed to get rid of your starting hand of 5 cards. A starting card is turned face up on the table, and you can play a card on top of it if it matches either the symbol, color or number of the starting card. Action cards trigger when played, and they include reversing the turn order, giving an opponent a card, playing an additional turn and switching hands with an opponent.
