Trip to the Moon Game
DescriptionA spin and move game produced by the British Chocolate company Fry's. The game sees players starting on earth and traversing a path to the moon. Along the way a number of detours and problems can be encountered, like gyroscope damage, an air cabin leak and a hostile spaceship. These will cause delays in reaching the moon. The winner is the first to reach the moon. The promotional game was a free giveaway in Britain and Northern Ireland. To win the free game children would draw a spaceship or describe a trip to the moon and then include 2 chocolate wrappers to claim their game before April of 1955. The game is similar to one produced by the Cadbury chocolate company in Australia during the same period. —user summary Game DiscussionsAdd CommentYou need to be logged in to comment.
