From the box:
"A Game designed especially for children to play with their grandparents!"

From the instruction sheet:
"Make your way over the river and through the woods. If you are the first player to reach Grandma's House, you win!"

Color/shape cards - Move the car forward to the first space matching the color and shape on the card.

Word cards - Kids draw the card, an adult reads it aloud, then the kid follows the instruction or answers the question on the card (things like smile or give another player a hug or answer "What's your middle name?", "Who's your best friend?", etc.) The card then instructs the player to move the car or draw another card.

The first player to reach the end of the board (Grandma's House) wins.
