DescriptionTipping Point is a contentious 2 player Negotiation game of Governance. Players represent political factions that strive to cement their legacy by accumulating enough Victory Points (VPs) before the accumulation of Carbon Emissions or Government Debt result in a Critical Tipping Point in which all players lose the game.
