    Description

The island of Guam is in a perilous situation. Thanks to the courage of one brave elected official who was willing to speak up, we now know that the island of Guam is actually a lily pad precariously floating in the Pacific Ocean. If the balance of the island is not altered significantly, Guam will tip and capsize. Both military bases panic and begin to ship all of their resources to the other side of the island, so their side will not be under water if the island capsizes.

Tipping Guam is a two player game in which each player will try to move their personnel and equipment to the opposite side of the island, strategically placing them on their opponent’s tipping points. If all the tipping points of your opponent’s side of the island have pieces on them, you win the game!
