    Description

This is a anti-set collection game in honor of the first 13 US colonies.

    GAME OBJECTIVE:
Have the lowest point score when someone goes over the target score.

    GAME PLAY:
Each player has cards from different cities in the first 13 US colonies. On your turn, you may draw cards and play down sets on opposing players. Those sets score points for the enemy players.

Special cards are used as wild cards, or to alter game play.

Additionally, there are two different modes, depending upon if you want to play more ruthless.
