    Description

"Card game for 2+ players. Simulation of problems facing third world countries. Each player controls his own Third World country."

The deck includes six types of cards: Political Reforms, Economic Reforms, Ecological Reforms, Political Crises, Economic Crises, and Ecological Crises.

Each player has three statistics that are tracked during the game: Political Stability, Economic Stability, and Ecological Stability. Each category starts with a value of 20.

A value of zero or less in Political Stability represents Anarchy & Civil War. Zero or less in Economic Stability represents Economic Collapse, and zero or less in Ecological Stability represents an Ecological Disaster.

A player wins by achieving a score of 30 or more in all three categories.
