    Description

Mercenaries often work with indigenous forces on their many contracts. These forces are often reservists or poorly trained regulars equipped with second hand equipment that is obsolete more often than not. These forces however are not to be completely discounted as effective fighting forces and can provide a mercenary a cheap bu effective method to hold less important objectives. They can also be used to provide cheap anti-aircraft defenses, artillery support or VTOL reconnaissance and attack capability.

Opposition forces are often armed with the same equipment as the local forces a mercenary has been tasked with supporting. In these cases mercenaries and their supporting local forces often paint stripes on their vehicles to help mitigate friendly fire.

This PDF provides complete stats and description of 11 different vehicles and a TO&E for a local Company level combined arms team for both Stargrunt II and Dirtside II. There are also pictures of models that can be used with the stats.
