    Description

This game fosters the comprehension of the history, architecture and daily life of the monks of the Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel as the players exchange explicative and illustrated cards (photos, drawings). With the help of these cards, the players can recompose the ground plan of the buildings of the Abbey, level by level, from the crypts below to the Archangel above.

—description from the back of the box

Two players (or four players as teams) compete to build their own tri-level plan of Mont St Michel. Cards are drawn to get a map card matched with two corresponding game cards. When this happens, one map card can be laid down. 12 map cards need to be played to finish the plan with a last card, "The Archangel St. Michael", played for the player (or 2-player team) to win the game.
