Soul tokens the Ruthless game of real life combines side-splitting humor with dreamlike exploration of the human condition. Easy to play, rich in content, extraordinary in style: Soul Tokens gives players an opportunity to come together and laugh with subjects like race, gender, sex, aging, inequality, mental illnesses, and death.

In Soul Tokens you and your friends begin at birth with a set of random but defining characteristics and go through hilarious life scenarios in an attempt to keep your soul. It's a game of real life where you're striving to get soul tokens in a world of harsh but funny truths. Soul Tokens is a simple roll and move game, where each roll of the dice moves you forward in life birth to death. 84 spaces represent the average life expectancy, moving players through 4 stages of life: child, young adult, adult, and old.

Start the game with a Race, Gender, and 2 Wild cards. Trade, coerce, connect with other players as new cards enrich your stories all the while competing for soul tokens. At this level, Soul Tokens plays like a fast and funny party game, but at some point, it crosses over into the surreal.

A lighthearted and profound departure from the tabletop board games lets you make fun of all that sh*t in your life that’s been bumming you out. It puts you in the shoes of another person. This is a game that doesn’t even have a genre.
