    From the publisher's website:

    "This is a 2 player game of the United Nations intervention in Somalia. Conflict takes place between the United Nations player and the Bandit player, controlling 3 large factions. Each side has different political and military objectives.

    "The ground scale is abstract with Somalia being divided up into regions based on the largest town in an area.

    "Be sure to check out the hypothetical Dubya's war scenario Brian has designed to simulate the possible War on Terror campaign moving to Somalia."
