Winning the Game First player to win 5 rounds will be crowned Halloween Royalty! In the case where a player is unable to win 5 rounds, the player with the most rounds won will be crowned Defacto Halloween Royalty! If the game is still a tie, then it's a tie and both players turn into candy corn. How to Play Each player chooses one card and places it face down in front of them.
