"The basis of the game is an understanding of the Soviet Union through its history, personalities, capabilities and its allies. Soviet seapower is more than just ships, aircraft and doctrine. It is centered around the men. This game will provide you with an understanding of these sailors. There is nothing trivial about the Soviet Navy. They are our greatest maritime adversary.
