The game title "sei ki hei kuu" is Japanese pronunciation of "????" (Mandarin Chinese pronunciation is "j?ng qí bì k?ng"). This phrase means "many (military) flags obscure the sky". This phrase is quoted from "Former Ode on the Red Cliffs" by chinese poet Su Shi.
