    Description

Madcap card game with a computer twist. The fun begins as players lay down cards in sequence, attempting to win the game by building a computer "program". More fun follows as the winner must act out his program, reciting tricky tongue twisters and performing hilarious stunts.

Scooter Computer & Mr. Chips was a segment which occasionally appeared in the Schoolhouse Rock educational cartoon TV show from 1982 to 1984.
