    Description

„…three, two, one… ready or not, here I come!“ Cute animals in the forest are playing hide-and-seek, looking for the best hiding place. Can you find them all? Hide-and-seek is designed for players up from the age of three. There are several difficulty levels to choose from.

Goal of the game is collect as many animal cards as you can.

One player is a seeker. Seeker chooses six yellow animal cards and puts them picture up on the starting squares called HOME BASE. Then he shuffles all the blue animal cards and put the pack on the CARD PACK square.

He turns the cards on the starting squares face down. He moves individual yellow cards randomly from the starting squares to the hiding squares (HOLLOW, NEST, ANTHILL, BEEHIVE, THICKET, STONES, TREE STUMP) on the board. One of the squares will remain empty.

Now all the players take turns, clockwise. At the beginning of their turn, each player turns the blue animal card on the top of the pack. Then he takes an attempt to find the same animal on a yellow card hidden on the board.

If he succeeds, he keeps the pair.
If not, he returns the blue card to the bottom of the pack and places the yellow card on an empty hiding square of his own choice back face down.
If a player thinks that the animal is not currently hidden on the board, he announces this, puts the blue card face down in front of himself and takes a new one. Then he try to find the matching yellow card for the new animal. (BUT! the players get two penalty points on the end of the round, for every animal which is eliminated this way and yet its matching yellow card is found to be hiding on the board.)

Once all the hiding animals are successfully matched, the players count the cards they won and note the corresponding number of their points. This closes one round of the game.

The number of rounds corresponds to the number of players.
Players with the most of points on the end of all rounds of the game is winner.
