    Description

    Game from 'The Children's Book of Games, Puzzles and Pastimes. A simple roll and move game in the tradition of 'Goose' games.

    RULES. This game is for two players, who must provide themselves with two counters of different colours to represent the boats, and a dice (sic). Each opponent takes a turn at throwing the dice and moves his boat forward the number of spaces shown by the throw. Any boat getting on the marked squares must follow the rules below :
    FAIR WIND 3 spaces forward
    FOUL WIND 3 spaces back
    FAIR TIDE 1 space forward
    FOUL TIDE 1 space back
    HIT BUOY Start again
    FAIR WIND AND TIDE 5 spaces forward

    First to the Finish Boat, wins.
