DescriptionRunes 5: Mystic Items is an expansion to Runes, which adds cards to the game which modify the battle system. The expansion comes with 30 cards, each depicting a magic item, armor, or weapons which the players must purchase to use. Each expansion in the Runes series can be played at the same time to allow up to eight people to play the game at once. This expansion requires the rules and components from the first game in the series. Runes 5 is the only expansion to not offer new characters or spells, instead featuring only the Mystic Item Cards.
