Playout: The Game™ is an exercise card game that makes fitness fun through social play, competition, variety, and adaptability. With Playout, you can get fit while having fun, anywhere, anytime.

30 BODYWEIGHT EXERCISE CARDS - 10 Upper, 10 Core, 10 Lower - A comprehensive full body calisthenic routine for all fitness levels. Each card features an individual exercise and includes direction and tips on how to perform the excercise. In addition, each card includes three rep counts to vary the difficulty as well as a point value for completing the reps for the exercise.

12 WILDCARDS - Challenges to increase the difficulty and variability of the exercises by adding reps, incorporating new motions or body positions, slowing down motions, or adding new exercises. Depending on the game played, the Wild (i.e. Joker) cards include directions for each of the difficulty levels that can be applied to an Exercise card to make it more difficult. Additional points are awarded for completing the Joker cards.

• 8 MINIGAMES - Intensely fun competitions that push you to the limit. When these cards are encountered, a mini game occurs that really ratchets up the game. 10 or 20 additional points can be earned for both participating and winning the minigame.

Stretch, Warm-Up, Cool-Down, Rule, and Information Cards

• The Playout deck can either used as an activity to facilitate an exercise routine, or it can be used to play several games. These games can be played as individual players or team vs. team:
  • Playout Pro (High Intensity)
  • The 6 Minute Playout (Moderate/High Intensity)
  • Playout Rummy (Low/Moderate Intensity) - Be the first to get rid of all you cards by making sets. From each set made, choose an exercise for yourself and opponents to perform. Award points to those who complete the exercises.
  • Playout Grand Prix
  • Playout All-Star

• In general, scoring works as follows:
  • Exercise Card:
    • Full reps - 10 points + WildCard value
    • At least half the rep = WildCard value
    • Less then half the reps = no points
  • MiniGame Card:
    • Qualify = 10 points
    • Winner = 20 points

The player (or team, if playing in teams) with the most points at the end of a particular game (or set of games in the case of a multi-game competition) is the winner.
