    Description

    A game about treaty of Versailles. 10 country try to win the peace. Each one has to achieve some war goal in three domains SDN, Territories and Reparations. You gain some PV for submitting your propositions to other country after a time of deliberation.

    Each turn after a random event, each country decide with which other contry they will talk, talk are secret (you can trade money, territories, votes...). After 10 minutes, all the coutry are around the map and vote for one proposition per player. Player can vote yes or not, or "colère" (worried) to cancel the proposition this turn, but this turn only. You have only on worried token per game per country.
