    Description

Of Two Minds is a trick-taking, shedding card game for 3-5 players, playable in 30-60 minutes. It is a traditional-style card game, playable with 60 cards, 1-10 in 6 suits. In addition to classic trick-taking mechanics, it involves elements of hand management and light bluffing and deduction.

In the game, players will try to win tricks in order to be the first to shed all of their cards from their hand. The player who leads the trick plays two cards face-up, and must play a third card face-down that matches either the number or the suit of exactly one of the face-up cards. This indicates which face-up card is the “true” lead card, but is not revealed until the end of each trick.

The lead suit is considered trump, and highest value wins the trick. The winning player leads the next trick. Once a player cannot play enough cards on their turn, either to lead or follow, the round ends and scoring occurs. Cards won in tricks are +1 and any left in a player's hand are -1.

The game is played over a number of rounds equal to the number of players. The player with the most points wins the game.
