Moon Rocket Race Game
DescriptionThe Moon Rocket Race Game is an English 1960's Space Race to the moon and back. A coloured rocket is chosen to make a return moon trip. Movement of the playing pieces uses the 'Cosmic Enumerator', which is best described as a small sealed container that holds 4 coloured plastic balls that swirl around and the colour that stops in a central depression benefits that coloured rocket. On the four corners of the playing board players assemble a nine stage rocket based on the colours called out from the 'Cosmic Enumerator'. The ninth stage is a plastic capsule that moves along a path to the moon in the middle of the board. The path is a series of holes and the capsule has a peg that sits in the holes. After getting to the moon the capsule returns to earth. Just before reaching earth a cardboard parachute is attached to the peg on the capsule to simulate splashdown. The winner is the first to get back —user summary Game DiscussionsAdd CommentYou need to be logged in to comment. Insert Bullet List Please enter at least one item.
