Description

Moments Card Game is a solo or multi-player game that let the player decide the events that will occur in their lifetime. Players must choose their actions and decide the use of their time. Players are given different choices represented by different types of cards and time pieces to play these actions. Players go through the game choosing their own path. They can get an education, start a career or business, seek adventure, focus on art and music, seeks happiness through health/fitness or humor. The objective of the game is to score the most points before time runs out. Players acquire skills, make friend/partners and collect moments to score points.

Gameplay

The objective of the game is to collect points and capture moments in life before time runs out. Each player receives 12 physical time pieces. The time pieces can be used for actions, gain skills, or make friends.

There are 7 types of cards:

Moments Cards: (Worth 2 or 3 points)

You need a specific skill or or attribute, use an action card or hosts event to capture the Moment card.
For example: The Graduation moments card can be scored with two education skills.

Skills/ Education card: (Worth 1 point)

You will need to spend time pieces to acquire skills. This card is a permanent gained card that you place in front of you.

For example: The music skill card can be acquired with two time pieces.

Friend/ Partner card: (Worth 1 or 2 points)

You will need to spend one time piece to gain a friend. You will need to have the same skill or interest to gain a partner. This card is placed in the center when it is a friend. Another player can also be their friend. Players can gain a partner after they are friends. Partners are placed in front of the player. Player acquire the partner's skills.

For example: The Audrey friend card can be gain as a friend using one time piece. In order to make Audrey a partner, you would need to have the music skill or money or use a music or money action card.

Action card: (No points)

You will need one time piece to use the action card. However, action card can only be used once and can be used with any other cards.

For example: The graduation moments card can be scored by using a education action card if the player already acquired an education skill card. Players can use an education action card

Event card: (No Points)

You will need to have the skills of the event to use this card. You can have the skills, use an action card, use a partner's skill to score the event for yourself. You can also use other player's skills to hosts this event. The other player will be invited to the event and can score moments card as well. Event can score moments cards with event icons.

For example: The Musical festival event card can be scored with professional skill, music skill, and money. Players that attended the event can score a moments card that require an event.

Time card: (Gain two time pieces)

You will need to have the skills of the time card to use this card. This card is a one time use card and players can gain time pieces if they score this card.

For Example: the start new company time card can be used if player have the music, humor/happiness and the money attributes. People will gain two time pieces.

Situation Card: (Minus time pieces)

If players draw situation cards, all players must lose time pieces.

Goal of the game is to score the most points are the end of the game.
