    Description

In this simple-to-learn children's game, players spin the spinner and move their trolleys around the board, attempting to visit each of the landmarks and neighbors in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe: Grandpere at the Eiffel Tower, King Friday and Queen Sara at the castle, Corny at the Rock-It Factory, X & Henrietta Pussycat at the tree, Lady Elaine at the Museum-Go-Round, Dr. Bill and Elsie Jean at the platypus mound, and Daniel Tiger at the clock.

Along the way, Mister Rogers cards offer bonuses and penalties (often with a motivational thought to soften the blow of the penalties). Landing on a Trolley space offers an extra turn.

The game offers three methods of play:
    1. Players must circle the board and collect all seven of the Neighbor cards by landing at the colored landmarks for each one.
    2. Players start with all seven cards and must "drop off" each Neighbor at their landmarks.
    3. The "Advanced" game, in which players must collect all seven neighbor cards, and once all seven are collected, drop them off.

The game box suggests a minimum age of 6 years old, but the game is about on par with something like Candy Land. Ages 4 and 5 can learn and play it.
