    Description

We all like games, but the problem is most of them can't be played alone. And war games are the worst, because they have long set-up times, in addition to needing at least two people and a lot of pieces...So, lets make a war game to play by yourself.

    -description from the designer

Lone General is a solitaire wargame. The game assumes suitable unit figures are available. The print-and-play rules provide a method of determining and distributing enemy units (all pre-defined), then having those units act/react from among established options. Every game involves four armies and six fronts, offering multiple starting positions. The game uses fairly simple rules to support movement, terrain, morale, rallying, and various other standard components of wargaming.

The game, fully developed in under 24-hours for a time-restricted design competition, has a few rough edges.
