    Description

    Lazy Jack Visual Aids Game is a series of picture and question cards that can be used to play a variety of simple educational games. Here's what's included:

    • 1 to 24 Number Game for Beginners: Players match "story cards" with scenes from a story to number cards to try to make the most matches
    • Speedy Alphabet Game: Players take turns searching their cards for the letters of the alphabet in sequence, passing when then fail to find the next letter. The player who finds Z wins.
    • Family Word Games: Each player chooses and reads a card, then asks the next player to spell one word on the card. The player to spell the word correctly keeps the card. The player with the most cards wins.
    • Family Picture Games: In turn, players read the text on one card. The next player must name one character depicted on the card. Another player may challenge by calling out "Lazy Jack" and naming a different character. The correct player wins the card. Most cards wins.
    • Family Questions and Answer Game: Each player has a stack of picture cards. Players in turn ask a question from a question card. The player who is able to find the answer on a picture card answers and takes the card. Most cards wins.
    • Party Game No. 1 and Party Game With Props: Players choose "party game" cards and perform a challenge. Other players vote on best performances.
    • A.E.I.O.U Game: Each player draws a card and must find all five vowels to win the card. Most cards wins.
    • Name a Person, Place or Thing Game: Player chooses a card and names a color that appears on the card. Other players in turn try to guess which item of the color the player referred to. Correct guesser keeps the card. Most cards wins.
    • Picture Matching Game: Shuffle 24 each of black and white and color picture cards together. Players take turns drawing a card, trying to match b/w and color cards. Player with the most matches wins.
    • Family Reading Game: Color story card are dealt to players. Corresponding black/white cards are turned up one at a time. Player with the matching card reads the card's caption. If read correctly, the player claims the card. Other players may challenge and then read the card. Whoever reads the card correctly claims it. Most cards wins.

    - Family Change a Word Game: Black/white picture cards are dealt to players. Color cards in turn are turned face-up. The player with the matching card reads the caption, but changes a word to change the meaning of the card. There is no competition involved, so this last "game" is the only one that is not really a game.
