    Description

La Campaña del Peón is a free print & play roll-and-write game by Yovosgalo, in a campaign with weekly episodic adventures.

    OBJECTIVE
Collect the most points in the campaign.

    SETUP
In the game sheet you must identify the location of the pawn (Red) of your campaign.

    FLOW OF THE GAME
In each turn you must throw the dice, each face of the die is a reference to each of the Chess pieces. The pawn must always move forward, one movement each turn.

Pawns dream, the lowest class of chess society has dreams of glory, they deeply yearn to triumph in battle. And when they rest their head on the pillow, they first dream of not being condemned to the straight lift of the board, not being condemned not to step back.

They fully yearn to be a splendid lady who gloats over the entire board full of pirouettes, they dream of stepping on sectors far from their initial jump in long straight runs or endless diagonals that cross the checkerboard, they dream of drawing equine jumps from here to there, with that rare zigzag that only they come out, they dream of being the king, who is allowed to think, rethink and take short steps towards any of the 4 cardinal points.

Every night our pawn dreams that he devours the entire board visiting the most remote squares, and while he goes through them he gathers fragments of his dreams that sparkle the warrior soul of the bravest of the board's dreamers.
