    Description

A board game in which the processes of a manufacturing company is simulated, from the purchase, transformation of material into consumer goods, until its sale. Throughout this process players must also improve their factory by adding strategic departments and developing improvements that affect the reduction of production costs, maintenance, etc.

Each shift consists of four phases:

    First phase, Purchase:
A purchase price of a raw material is marked with a 1d6 and each player buys the one they deem appropriate.

    Second phase, Manufacturing:
Each player will transform the raw material into final products according to the production capacity of their factory.

    Third phase, sale:
A base price for the sale of products will be marked and each player will have to fight against the competition by rolling dice according to the improvements that have been applied in their commercial department and will charge based on the improvements applied to the benefits for product sold that provide tools of departments like quality or engineering.

Fourth phase, maintenance and incident cards:
Each player must pay the maintenance of their buildings and the salary of the workers used based on the improvements applied to reduce these costs and then acquire a card of incidents which generates a disadvantage or random reward.

The game is marked with event cards that simulate economic cycles, which apply particular conditions in each round. For example, a year of economic boom may have more subsidies and a year of crisis prices fall. You can choose between playing 7 or 10 rounds.

At the end of the event deck, the game ends and points are counted based on the departments built, tools developed, materials in storage, and money in cash.

Board game as playful as training, developed for players but that contains an integrated training base that is valid to discover the operation of a company for every body.

This game has been endorsed by several companies in sectors such as training, renewable energies, occupational safety, supplies and installations.
