    Description

This family-friendly game is fast-paced, simple to play yet strategic, and so much freaking fun!

House Pets vs Aliens is a play on the classic card game "War".

Each player commands their own army of House Pets or Aliens (or Plants or Robots with the expansion packs), battling for control of Earth. Each army has 50 cards of varying numbers from 1 to 10. Additionally there is a deck of Battle cards that further influence the game by increasing or decreasing values, preventing other players from playing cards, stealing played cards, etc. A round consists of each player flipping a card from their deck. Players can then play battle cards or draw additional cards from their deck with the goal of being closest to 10 without going over. In the event of a tie where multiple players have the same number close to 10, or 10, then each tied player draws a single card from their deck and the highest card wins. If the newly drawn card results in another tie, keep drawing cards until their is no tie and then whomever had the highest last drawn card wins. Winners of a hand take all the cards played by all players and put them in a second stack by their deck.

Play continues as the above until one player deck of 50 has been depleted. Then players count up the number of cards collected. Highest amount wins.
