    Description

Hop is an abstract strategy game with simple rules and generic material. An 8x8 board, 16 black and 16 white stones is all you need.

Starting with your stones on the first 2 lines of your side of the board your goal is to move one of your stones to the opponent's end. To get there stones can only move by jumping vertically or horizontally over at least one adjacent stone (or a row of stones) of any color composition onto the next free field. But be careful! Finding the right balance between offense and defense is key. Because whenever you don't jump forward on your turn, your opponent may say "Hop", forcing you to a second move that MUST be forward. But using the "Hop" rule in the right moment yourself can free the way to victory!
