Crime Wave is the latest expansion for Heroes Incorporated. The Super Villains turn the tables on the Heroes in an attempt to overrun Megalopolis! New Heroes join the fight, but is it too late to save the city?

4 new Super Villains
20 new Research Cards, including new cards which allow you to draw and play more cards without using Action Markers
8 Event Cards, which alter the balance of power each round
Game pieces for a 5th player

This expansion is slated for a 2009 release.
