Each hex is 25 miles, and each turn a week. The unique Army Group Command Control system prides itself on simulating "the utter stupidity of WW1 Generals." Six pages of rules cover standard wargame mechanics plus railroads, entrenchments, forts, subject peoples, political consequences, neutrals, weather, and sea transport.
