    Description

Galactic Bounty Hunt (GBH) is a gateway board game where each player controls one of six different Bounty Hunters that are taking part in the Great Hunt – the ultimate bounty hunting competition, which will determine who’ll earn the position of Leader of the Galactic Bounty Hunter’s Guild. Competitors will have to travel across the Galaxy, capturing dangerous creatures (and earning credits in the process) in different systems before being able to return to the Guild’s HQ and claiming the title of Leader. Equip your character with the best gear available and be on the lookout, for monsters might not be your deadliest foes – other Bounty Hunters might not want to let you earn the so-coveted prize of the Great Hunt! Good hunting!

    Features:

    • GBH introduces players to many different gameplay mechanics and systems, in an easy to learn way – the perfect introduction to the world of modern board games. Mechanics include dice rolls, card drawing, luck mitigation systems (ammo, equipments, etc), PvP (player-vs-player) combat and more.
    • No player elimination and no Kingmaker effect: even when the game seems lost, players can still turn the tide in their favor.
    • Beautiful cel-shaded, comic-style art.
    • Six different Bounty Hunters to play as, each from a different species and System.
    • Twelve different kinds of monsters to capture, two of each element.
    • Dozens of different pieces of equipment, from weapon mods to consumable items, will give you an edge, as long as you choose carefully – and can afford them.
    • Warp through the Galaxy at light speed using the portals on each System – but take heed, for you can’t be sure where each portal might take you.
    • Fortune cards will keep the game unpredictable: they can help or hinder any of the players, independently of who triggered the event. Mix things up a little to turn the tide – for or against you.
    • Keep the best monsters you capture as pets to engage in fights with other players.
    • Falling behind on your trophy collecting? Not to worry! Board another Hunter’s ship, engage in combat and try to steal one of their trophies.
