Description

In Eternal Palace, players are tasked with helping the emperor rebuild the prestige of a now derelict palace. Players play as noble families wishing to gain favour with the emperor to rebuild the palace to its former glory and paint a picture of this momentous occasion.

Eternal Palace is a highly interactive dice placement euro game featuring an easel, whereby players "paint" locations they have unlocked. Players will compete for tracks to gain resources to spend on rebuilding monuments and recruit workers to their noble family (tableau/engine building). Reach the end of the track first to gain a unique "feature piece" for your painting (worth a victory point!)

Each location is numerical (based on dice rolls), however, players may visit if other players have gone previously by playing those players fish, one of the resources in the game. The game features a public roll per round, but grouped (to form numerical values) behind a screen which is revealed before the round continues. Players therefore have an opportunity to see where other players are going! However, you can use your wisdom wisely to visit other locations too!
