Description

Into The Ashes is a dark solitaire adventure with tactical tabletop combat. It offers you a narrative campaign with dozens of hours and totally replayable. Its setup and saving take less than 1 second, and you can play as long as you want: from 5 minutes to all day. It will provide you with an epic story with hundreds of enemies, character evolution, legendary item crafting, and spectacular combos with cards.

Each turn, the player chooses 3 cards to play from the matrix of available cards (initially 3x3 and, later, 4x3 and 5x3). The cards used contain actions such as "Attack", "Move", " Ranged Attack" or "Push". The rule is that you cannot use, in a given turn, cards that repeat a row or column already chosen in that turn. Unused cards are available for the next turn.

With these cards, the player moves and performs actions on the board. The enemies, on the other hand, play their AI cards.

The game is a campaign of more than 10h of duration and ends when the campaign finishes. At any time you can stop and "save the game" to continue at another time. If the player is defeated in any scene, he does not die but is defeated and things will happen accordingly in the story.

The player wins if he/she manages to reach one of the "good endings" of the campaign. There are other "bad endings" and other "neutral endings", depending on the decisions made.
