Elemental Clash: Spellforce
DescriptionBuried deep within the soil lies an ancient tomb. But this tomb is more than a mere resting place. It's a library of spells lost over time and secrets meant to be forgotten. Spells and summons controllable by only the strongest of Sorcerers. Down in the eternal darkness these ancient tomes and scrolls have lived on throughout the turmoils above ground. Now that's all about to change, as a group of adventurers has broken the seals of the Spellforce and by doing so, they unleashed the single greatest terror known to man... Dragons. The aim of the game is to reduce the cards in your opponent’s card-deck (or Spellbook) to zero by using the Spells and Creatures in your Spellbook. Players take turns that always follow the same structure. For each point of damage a Player receives through Creatures or Spells, he or she puts the top card of his or her deck on his or her Discard Pile (or Archive). Is a player unable to draw a card, he or she loses immediately. The Second Expansion to Elemental Clash focusses heavily on Spell cards and introduces a whole new card type - Equip Spells - which can be attached to Creatures in order to strengthen them or give them certain abilities. Furthermore, an exciting new ability is introduced: Salvage. Cards with Salvage can be played for free if discarded from you hand. Also, Dragons make their debut in Elemental Clash: Spellforce...
