Description

No longer are dragons feared for their immortal might, but instead they are now anthropomorphic celebrities of the sky. Once a year, all eyeballs turn upward fixated on a competition filled with "dracobatics" to crown the mightiest dragon. Inspired by the floating ring quests found in many video games, you play as an anthropomorphic dragon who is competing to fill your nest with victory eggs.

Dragonfest is an approachable set collection and light engine-building game where a specific resource is required to perform all of the unique actions possible within the game. A specific colored ring is required to navigate the map, claim nest contracts, activate your engine, and even to enhance the value of your claimed eggs. Diversify your capabilities or double down on one resource. Plan ahead and think quickly on your wings to gain the upper claw.

The front side of the player board gets players started quickly beginning with a fully upgraded dragon while the back side of the player board features a basic dragon that must be leveled up throughout the game.
