Play a famous dictator from history or an aspiring one in modern day! Build your empire with Industry and Military. Score Victory Points for accumulating Opulence while watching your Subjects starve! Score more Victory Points by committing Atrocities against your subjects! But having all this much fun has its consequences… Keep your Civil Unrest in check or you’ll face assassination! Run PR campaigns to lower your International Notoriety to keep the UN from invading! Use Play Cards to affect other players or yourself to adjust Unrest or Notoriety tracks, lose or obtain Industry, Military, or Opulence, or temporarily affect what they can do. The first player who reaches the end of their tracks triggers End Of Game then all count their victory points.

DicTaters is a potato themed, fact based card game with hugely amounts of history spread throughout. Cards resemble things and actions taken by real-life dictators and those who oppose them. With a satirical tone, DicTaters uses humor to make the topic of horrifically cruel regimes approachable for conversation.
