Description

("Forsaken: Stalingrad" by its name in Spanish) narrates the events around both German and Soviet military platoons, after being abandoned to their fate in the middle of the Russian winter. With few resources and crippling cold, willpower is their best weapon.

Players take a Side based on the army they want to play with, choose a Squad Deck, set up their Side Boards, Item Cards, their respective Tokens, and start the game. Rounds consist of two phases: During the Start Phase, players draw Item Cards and put several soldiers (based on the current round and the number of players per Side) through the game grid representing the Battlefield, caring about which line or position the soldiers take as some give advantages and penalties... Is it worth the risk?

Then, the Development Phase carries out the battle for survival. Each soldier in play has different stats and actions to use in combat, and each side has their own items to turn the tide of the game. Watch out! Some cards represent events of the Russian Winter, which will reduce the Life Pool... Even worse! In the interlude of the rounds, the white hell falls and will take some soldiers... But don't worry! Reinforcements will arrive.

Rounds continue until one of the Sides decides to surrender, or until the Final Breath round, where the final soldiers will attempt their last shots, or die trying. At the end of this tragedy, the Side with the most points or the most surviving soldiers wins the game!
