    Description

Dan Dare Space Shooting game by Glevum has a target board featuring 3 enemy spaceships. The gun, as is often the case in British games, is a curious metal device, that fires the shot using a spring mechanism. After a pre-set number of turns, the winner is the one with the most successful hits.

During the early 1950's the Comic Hero Dan Dare spurred several similar target games that can easily be confused. Featured on this link is Glevum's version titled "Dan Dare Space Shooting" game.

Listed elsewhere on BoardGames is two from Chad Valley; that being simply "Dan Dare Shooting" game and the other called "Dan Dare Big Game Hunt on Venus".
